Indonesia is one of world best diving destination in South East Asia. One of best diving destination in Indonesia located in The Gili Islands in West Nusa Tenggara, situated in the famed Coral Triangle. This location is the meeting point between Pacific Ocean with its warm water and Indian Ocean with its colder water. A large variety of marine life are found because of this situation. It's also create biodiversity in corals, fish and other creatures to observe while diving in The Gili Matra Islands.

The most famous diving site in West Nusa Tenggara is located in Gili Matra (Gili Meno, Gili Trawangan, Gili Air) in North Lombok. It's can be reached directly from Bali or Lombok by public and private boats. Each Gili island is conveniently placed to access the dive sites around all three islands with no site more than a 10-15 minutes boat ride away. There are some diving spots with its uniqueness. You may find grouper, wrasse, anenomes, starfis, clown fish, angelfish, sweetlips and many more. Furthermore if we're lucky enough, we'll see green and hawksbill turtles, blacktip or whitetip reef sharks, frogfish, ghost pipefish, and, pygmy seahorses.

There are more than 24 dive sites which all a mere 10 to 15 minutes from the central location. However, almost all dives are treated as drifts, so the boat will pick you up wherever you surface. Waters are generally quite warm, averaging about 28-29 degrees Celsius depends on the season. The warmest waters are generally present from May through August with colder temperatures from December through March.
